Our philosophy is built on precision, accountability, and individualized execution, not volume-based systems or generic programs. Every athlete receives a structured plan designed around their body, goals, and competitive timeline to support sustainable progress and consistent performance.
Since 2018, Team Atlas has set the global standard for athlete achievements. We have created 142 IFBB Pros, produced the most IFBB Bikini Pros worldwide from 2021 through 2025, delivered the most Fit Model IFBB Pros in the world, and produced the highest number of IFBB Pros in Canada for 8 consecutive years. Since 2018, our athletes have also earned 41 Bikini Olympia qualifications, with 27 IFBB Pro cards achieved in 2025 alone.
