James is such a great coach and all of the team is super prepared and organized, I am currently on prep and working on my goal and I can say that working with team atlas has been the best experience I ever had with a coach. He is an understanding, kind person which also takes the best of you by making you be a disciplined person he is organized and I have seen really incredible changes in my body in a really short time you work like a pro and learn a lot of things I didnt know about and learning about my body daily and how to take care of it be patient and team atlas has been the best to take the best out of me even with posing James has been kind and always when i need help he is been there to guide me even through he is a really busy person Lina posing coach is always with a great smile in my first posing sesion I have learned more than I have learn in a year in posing thanks for the incredible changes this team has made to my life in my body and my prep has been way better since I work with them could not be more happy about This 👏🏼👏🏼
