Since competing for the first time eight years ago, I have grown to really appreciate James and Team Atlas‘s work, especially with regards to the bikini category. Once the Fit Model category was announced, I knew that I wanted to return to the stage and to have the best coach in my corner – and without a doubt, I knew that was James. His attention to detail and professionalism is top-notch and I wanted to experience firsthand what success could look like as a competitor. As a postpartum fitness coach myself, I wanted to have a different perspective and lens in regards to fitness and nutrition. This experience has been lovely so far!
James is extremely detailed oriented and has an undeniable eye for bikini and fit model. He understands the criteria extremely well and I have full confidence working with him!
I’ve really enjoyed the last few months under Team Atlas’ guidance, including posing with Lina! I’m so excited to start my first “prep” with them and even more eager to see what package I can bring after 8 years and 2 children 🥰
