This will be my third year with James, and honestly, since I started working with him, there’s been a huge change in my physique and my mindset. He came at the perfect time to give me that push and take my athletic career further. He’s a coach who’s always looking for ways to improve and prevent mistakes in every athlete.
He’s a very demanding coach, and you always have to be up to the task. I must especially highlight his patience with me, since I don’t speak English very fluently, and he always makes himself understood and shows me his patience. We’ve achieved great results together, and we still have much to accomplish. He has revived my motivation and my desire to improve. And the dedication he shows to his athletes is unwavering. That’s why his training methodology is so simple for me; everything is structured, no apps are used, which reduces stress for the athletes. He has a highly qualified team; every detail counts.
