I joined Team Atlas late December of 2024 and have worked with James and the Team Atlas team for roughly 3 months. James is extremely professional and empathetic with his athletes and I couldn’t be more pleased with his coaching services. They are seamless in communication and often respond back with check-in/questions/ie in less than 24 hours. All of the materials provided (from training, to nutrition, and even posing) are extremely comprehensive and prep protocol is so detail oriented. Team Atlas truly sets you up to succeed!
