The best coaching experience I’ve ever had! James is extremely dedicated and commited to get the best out of you in order to achieve your goals! Every check in sent, I feel like he really takes the time to assess your progress and point out what can be improved in order to get better, and also you get response of every check in very quickly! Also, since day one into the team you get a lot of information to make sure you are taking care of many things that you may be taking for granted and which really make a difference! I loved also that he cares a lot about overall health, which is highly appreciated 🩷. Honestly, since I got into the team to me it was very clear why Team Atlas has got so many pro cards and why two miss bikini Olympias were basically built at Team Atlas in the early years of their careers 😮💨…Definitely highly recommended!
