I have had James and Team atlas as a coach since August 2023. In that time James has helped me develop into an Open qualified and top five national level bikini masters athlete. My best showings before hiring James were moderate local showings and next to last nationally. He is detailed oriented and extremely meticulous. As always, the effort made by the athlete is important, but his coaching and feedback, when applied appropriately, yield incredible results. On top of that the posing coaching offered is wonderful. There are two options for posing coaches and I’ve always used Victoria. She is very talented and the lessons combined with my dedication to improving my posing have made something very unpolished and rudimentary much more presentable and effortless – a better fit for the stages I compete on. In addition, I had an injury during our second year coaching contract and the team was understanding and helpful when I communicated my issue. They offered for me to pause my coaching, allowing me to protect my investment and pick up when my drs cleared me to begin consistent training again. I have always felt heard and supported. I have never felt forced to just “follow the plan” and questions and concerns I bring are always addressed. There is a reason James and the team have the success record they do. 10/10 recommend.
