I joined Team Atlas in November 2024 as an IFBB pro competitor and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Every check in is meticulously reviewed by James and his assistant, Claire. I feel taken care of, all my questions are answered in a timely manner, and there are guides to help the competition process which takes a lot of decision-making out of it. He is by far the best coach I have had. I appreciate James’ coaching approach and look forward to continuing with him. Highly recommend!
